Dear friends,
My prayers go out today to Lillian's family and especially to the Singapore Baptist family. I am so very grateful for Lillian's life, humble spirit, and deep and abiding faith. I had the privilege of being with her less than two weeks ago in Singapore. As always, she was the consummate host, introducing me to new friends at the Singapore Baptist Convention office and at the seminary there. I give thanks to God for all that she has meant to the work of God's kingdom in the world.
